This project was completed in my Grad Portfolio class for a series of pieces I chose to design as new dust jackets for a variety of books. For this piece, I chose the YA Novel “Winter” by Marissa Meyer, a book in the Lunar Chronicles.

The challenge was to create a portrait-like cover based only on the character description. Below, you will view the full illustration and upon further scrolling will be able to slide through a small sample reel of the dust jacket mock-ups below.
